ROD RUSHING
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Rushing is an Executive Leader with extensive leadership experience in industrial product, contracting and services industries, recognized for leading organizations in both start-up and turnaround, establishing strategy and business models that drive profitable growth. Rod previously served as the Vice President & President - Building Technologies and Solutions North America, of Johnson Controls International plc., and as Global Vice President and General Manager, Global Products - Direct Expansion Technologies of Johnson Controls. After a 30-year career at Johnson Controls, he joined Rev Group as President and Chief Executive Officer in March of 2020 and serves as a member of our Board of Directors. Rod has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science & Technology and a MBA from Southern Illinois University.

MARK SKONIECZNY
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Skonieczny currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of REV, a position he has held since June 2020. Prior to joining REV, Mark served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller at Adient PLC from October 2016 through October 2019. Prior to Adient, Mark spent 17 years at Johnson Controls in a variety of financial roles including Vice President of Corporate Development, Vice President of Finance, Global Aftermarket -Power Solutions, Vice President of Finance, Middle East, Latin America and NA Systems- Building Efficiency, and Assistant Corporate Controller.

BRIAN PERRY 
PRESIDENT, REV COMMERCIAL SEGMENT & SVP OF OPERATIONS
Mr. Perry currently serves as President, Commercial Segment, overseeing several brands including Collins, ENC, Capacity and LayMor, a position he has held since July 2019. In November 2020, Brian assumed the additional role of Senior Vice President of Operations overseeing Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence and Engineering for REV. Prior to joining REV, he was Senior Vice President of Operations for the Space & Sensors Sector of L3Harris Technologies and also held previous leadership roles with both Textron Corporation and Danaher. Brian holds a BA from Northeastern University, an MBA from Babson College and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

ANOOP PRAKASH
PRESIDENT, REV AMBULANCE GROUP
Mr. Prakash currently serves as President, REV Ambulance Group, a position he has held since September 2019. Prior to his current role, he was Director, Retail Development at Harley-Davidson where he led the U.S. distribution channel organization through a network of over 700 independent retailers. Anoop served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps and holds a BA from Stanford University as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School.

KENT TYLER
PRESIDENT, REV FIRE GROUP
Mr. Tyler currently serves as President, REV Fire Group, a position he has held since March 2020. From 1997-2016, Kent held several senior positions within REV Group, including Corporate Vice President - Sales & Marketing of Collins Industries, Inc., President of the Collins Bus Corporation, President/CEO of E-ONE and President/CEO of the Bus & Mobility Group. Prior to rejoining REV Group, he served as Executive Vice President of United Safety & Survivability Corporation. Kent holds a BS from Oklahoma State University, and a MS from Missouri State University.

ROB VISLOSKY
CHIEF SUPPLY OFFICER
Mr. Vislosky currently serves as Chief Supply Officer for Rev. His responsibility is to transform REV’s supply chain and procurement functions to execute sustainable productivity, innovation, supply excellence, and working capital value from our supply base. Rob recently led Honeywell’s Intelligrated Global Supply Chain and was Honeywell’s Corporate Chief Procurement Officer. He has a Bachelors and Masters degrees in Chemical Engineering, is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Carlson School of Supply Chain and Operations at the University of Minnesota, a Board Member for CAPS Research at Arizona State University, and was a Board Member of Harbison Walker Inc.
